I use garlic+ milk + turmeric powder for my cough and chest phlegm . In roughly 300 ml milk, add 2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped/ mashed/ grated along with 1/8 tsp of turmeric pdr, simmer the gas for 15-20 minutes, stirring in between, till it reduces less than half its quantity. Mix well adding little sugar, drink it as hot as you can, eat the garlic too. Do it for 3-4 days, you'll get relief from cough and phlegm.  Fo r heart health, better circulation, lower BP dry 3 cloves of garlic by wrapping it in a cloth, soak in a glass of warm water, have it with little jaggery .
