Home remedies for knee pain and to strengthen your muscles
These are 5 different home remedies, anyone you can try. All have Vitamin D, magnesium, anti-inflammatory and many more. All the remedies should be had on empty stomach. These remedies were told by an orthopedic surgeon from India, and countries like Australia, US, UK, New Zealand have tested it in their labs to find their efficiency.
1) Methi/ fenugreek seeds/ Menthiyam 1 tsp + walnuts 2, soak overnight in luke warm water. In the morning, on empty stomach, chew the seeds and the walnuts well.
2) Munaka/ black raisins 8-10 ( if you're a diabetic, reduce the no. of raisins) + black til/ sesame seeds 2 tsp, soak in warm water, have it on empty stomach, chew the raisins and til well.
3) Alsi/ flax seeds 1/2 tsp ( for a diabetic) to start with, then increase to 2 tsp + 2 cashews/ kaju. Flax seeds contain Omega 3 fatty acids along with other minerals. Take this especially when your knees, make noise
4) White musli/ safed musli (dried herb used in Ayurvedic medicines), wash the roots well 10 gm + almonds/ badam 5 soak overnight in warm water, peel the skin of the almonds and chew with the roots well.
5) Saunf / fennel seeds 1 tsp + fox nuts/ makhana 10-12 (protein) soak over night, drink the water and chew the other ingredients well.

Start your day drinking warm water with lime juice, it helps for bowel movements.
Sit in the morning sunlight for 15 minutes.
Massage your knee, ankle, hands for few minutes before going to bed.
