Remedies using Garlic-

Garlic is something amazing, yes its smell, which most people don't like, nor its taste. But when you think of its wonderful benefits, without any side-effects like taking tablets daily damages our kidneys. I always prefer home remedies.

I use garlic+ milk + turmeric powder for my cough and chest phlegm. In roughly 300 ml milk, add 2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped/ mashed/ grated along with 1/8 tsp of turmeric pdr, simmer the gas for 15-20 minutes, stirring in between, till it reduces less than half its quantity. Mix well adding little sugar, drink it as hot as you can, eat the garlic too. Do it for 3-4 days, you'll get relief from cough and phlegm.

 For heart health, better circulation, lower BP dry 3 cloves of garlic by wrapping it in a cloth, soak in a glass of warm water, have it with little jaggery. Diabetes,  can have little jaggery, better to confirm with your doctor. Nitric oxide increases 50 %, have it daily for 90 days.

Garlic tea 2- cloves if your BP is low or 4 cloves garlic, finely chop add to 1 cup of water, boil till it reduces to half, strain and drink the tea 1/2 an hour before going to bed, along with 1/2 tsp of ghee. 

To overcome your tiredness, fatigue try the following remedy. 10-12 garlic cloves, finely chopped after peeling it, put it in a clean bottle  add honey to cover the garlic, let it rest in a cool dry place for a week, stir it daily well once. After a week take 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of warm water and drink it on empty stomach. 

For sound sleep and weak nerves 2 garlic cloves mashed/ chopped in a glass of milk. Once the milk boils, removes, strain, add a pinch of turmeric pdr, 1/2 tsp of ghee, sir well, drink this mixture 30 minutes before going to bed. Helps you get sound sleep, flushes out toxins next morning through your urine next morning.

To improve eyesight and hearing, 8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped, add 100 ml peanut / mustard oil, heat the oil on low flame, it shouldn't boil. Remove, cool and store in a clean bottle, massage behind your ears to improve hearing,  rub below the eyes to improve eyesight.

According to Ayurveda, drink a glass of warm water in the morning, aids to improve your bowel movements.

Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose)  after eating sit in this pose, it aids digestion.
