 You tend to eat more sweets, or drink soft drinks. Above all without a proper breakfast, it is very hard for the brain to concentrate on anything, as it hasn't received its energy. Never skip a breakfast, the most important meal of the day, especially, if you follow this norm- eat breakfast like a king,lunch like a queen and dinner like a princess, i.e, you just nibble on something. Then in the morning your stomach being empty,it cries for food, as all body parts needs that energy to work. 

Make sure you've enough time each day for your breakfast, if you eat a good breakfast, you can work, study well. All the best.
