to create a blend that significantly improves the radiance of your
skin. You also have the option of adding more ingredients if desired.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
2 tablespoons of jojoba oil
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
5 drops of lavender essential oil
Optional: 2 drops of vitamin E oil
Optional: 1 to 2 pieces of dried lavender buds
Method:
Begin by mixing equal portions of jojoba, avocado, and grapeseed oil
together. If available, add crushed lavender buds to the mixture. Then
add lavender essential oil to the blend and move it into a glass bottle
equipped with a dropper.
Add optional vitamin E oil to the mixture and shake thoroughly before
each use. Extract a suitable amount of the blended oil from the bottle
and generously apply it to different areas of your body. For quicker
results, use this concoction at least twice a week.
2. Nighttime Frankincense Facial Oil

Before retiring to bed, apply this calming
aromatherapy blend to moisturize your facial skin and transition into a
peaceful sleep.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of rosehip oil
1 tablespoon of apricot or avocado oil
2 teaspoons of vitamin E oil
10 drops of frankincense oil
8 drops of carrot seed oil
5 drops of jasmine oil
Method:
Add everything into a glass dropper bottle and mix them. Before going to
bed, wash your face, put a few drops of the oil on your hands, and then
gently massage your face.
Applying face oil before bed promotes continuous hydration of the skin.
Rosehip oil and vitamin E, combined with the moisturizing qualities of
apricot or avocado oil, are excellent for renewing your skin.
3. Multi-Purpose Moisturizing Body Oil

This all-purpose oil combination can
seamlessly fit into your daily routine, no matter the season, ensuring
your skin remains invigorated and well-fed.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of almond oil
1/8 cup of either jojoba or rosehip oil
20 drops of lavender essential oil
10 drops of geranium essential oil
10 drops of bergamot essential oil
5 drops of frankincense essential oil
2 drops of rose essential oil
Method:
Blend these ingredients in a glass receptacle and gently apply to
slightly damp skin after showering. Sweet almond oil is lightweight and
easily absorbed by the skin. Because it is less expensive than jojoba
oil, it blends well with it to make a nourishing and cost-effective body
oil.
While lavender promotes relaxation and youthful skin, geranium oil is
rich in antioxidants and offers topical and aromatherapy benefits.
